Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Acceptance

By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Website Content & Services

The content on this website is informational only and does not constitute an offer or binding commitment. Any engagement for our services is subject to a formal, signed agreement between you and ELODT. Descriptions of services, capabilities, or past work are for illustration only.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific business or technical outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Any descriptions of capabilities or past work do not constitute a guarantee of future results.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELODT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in connection with the relevant service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Intellectual Property

The website content, branding, and materials are owned by ELODT or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. Deliverables and intellectual property created under a separate engagement will be governed by the terms of that engagement.

6. Engagement & Payment

Specific engagements (scope, fees, deliverables) and payment terms are governed solely by signed contracts between you and ELODT. Submitting an enquiry or using the contact form does not create a binding contract. No obligation arises until a written agreement is signed.

7. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the website or your access at any time. For signed engagements, termination is governed by the relevant contract. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability and governing law) will survive termination.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ELODT is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. For disputes under a signed contract, the dispute resolution provisions of that contract apply.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
